Billing & Insurance
Moving Mountains Speech Therapy currently accepts BCBS, Ash Cigna, and Select Health Care and Choice Plans. For all other insurances, a superbill will be provided for submission to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. It is recommended that you check your out of network benefits with your insurance.

What ages of children do you work with?
We work with children from ages 1-18 with language and speech sound disorders or delays.

How do I know if my child needs therapy?
Contact us for a free consult! You can also schedule an evaluation. A consultation will help you decide whether your child could benefit from speech and language therapy.

Where will therapy be provided?
In-person therapy takes place at Kira’s home office located in Pleasant Grove, UT. If you’d prefer to do remote visits, teletherapy services are available for each session as well.

What is your cancellation policy?
As per our cancelation policy, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. If last minute cancelations happen we will try to find a day and/or time that would work better for you. Cancelations made without 24 hour notice or no-show will be charged the full session fee.

My child gets therapy at school, should he/she still do private speech therapy?
Definitely! Most children benefit from more therapy-especially in private, individual sessions. We’re happy to collaborate with your child’s school therapist as well.

How long will my child be in therapy?
This depends on the type and severity of your child’s speech and language delay or disorder. Therapy can be as short as a few months, but it can also take longer depending on your child’s needs. We provide regular progress reports and you can request modifications to their treatment plan at any point.
